Eat the right foods!

3.) The rest should be fresh fruit -no bananas!
Now, lets talk about snacks. you should eat healthy snacks such as low-fat yogurt and celery with peanut butter for that sweet tooth. If you drink pop make it diet. String cheese or about five cheese and cracker's are a good snack option.
Drink plenty of water!! exercise in between meals ( a brisk walk should do it) and last but not the least NO Eating After 8.00 p.m.
Following the portion size and the foods listed above, it will help you stay full and burn off fat. The protein will help you gain muscle and boost your metabolism. The vegetables are high in fiber which aids in digestion. Drinking plenty of water will help you hydrate and keep you full longer so you wont be tempted to snack as often. Exercise such as a brisk walk will help burn calories that in turn will speed up weight loss. Don't forget to take a multivitamin daily to spee up that metabolism. So there you have it.
