3. Work-out to trim your body and get rid of some pounds in the scale. Exercise is something that should not be forgotten when trying to be slimmer and healthier. Combine exercise with healthy food and you got yourself the best weight loss combo.

4. Portion control is also important. You might be eating healthy foods, but if you do not know how to control the amount of food you eat, weight loss is far from possible for you. Eat small portions instead of large portions of food.

5. Discipline and motivation is the key to having a healthy body. Any weight loss program will not work on you if you are not committed and consistent in achieving your goal.
