You will agree with me that the rate at which people are struggling to loss weight is on the increase. i have always stated that weight loss is all about determination, hence, you can shield some weight if you put your mind to it.
One of the reason many people add a lot of weight daily is that they are always in the comfort of their home, car, office, church e.t.c have you ever though of taking a walk?
I know you will be surprised at this. If you must shield the long lingering weight, start walking from today, it could be for 10minutes, it could be round and round your house, make walking an habit and you will see how good you will look in your new shape.
