What would you say to a system that makes it so easy to lose weight that fat will almost literally melt off your body? How would you like a dead-simple way to burn up calories like a furnace? Aren't you sick and tired of being fat and feeling run down? Believe me I know, because it wasn't that long ago I was in exactly the same shape you're in right now. I was in such a deep hole that to lose weight seemed like an impossible dream.
First off, you need to start eating meals 5 or 6 times a day, instead of just 3. And each meal should be 400 calories, at least. And trust me - you will still lose weight! But to figure out just how much you should be eating, go find a BMI calculator - they're all over the Internet. Keep in mind that to lose weight, at least 80% of your meals should consist of healthy stuff. You've got to get some healthy nutrients in you for speeding up your metabolism.
Next up is to find a way to burn up those extra calories. Eating healthy will boost your metabolism and prevent even more fat build-up, but to lose weight you've got to get moving to start burning up that fat. Instead of doing something boring like running to nowhere on a treadmill, pick something you actually like doing. It doesn't matter what it is, as long as you work up a sweat while you're doing it. I like to swim laps, but for you to lose weight it might be walking, bike riding, or just putting on some headphones and dancing your fanny off.
Last up, if you really want to lose weight you need to drink a lot more water. There aren't any calories in water, so you can drink all you want. Cut out sodas (even diet ones) and juice drinks. All they do is add empty calories and other non-nutrients that do absolutely nothing to help you lose weight. But water will actually help you feel full, and it also helps regulate your blood sugar. Start paying attention to your body, because sometimes you might think you're hungry when what your body really needs is water.
