Firstly, you must understand that if you want to lose weight quickly, you will never last. Losing weight is not a one-off thing; it must become part of your habit and lifestyle. If you do not control your diet and live a healthy lifestyle, soon you will become fat again.

With this, let us move on to the ways to lose weight. One way to lose weight is to hydrate your body frequently. When you are dehydrated, your body will store up to 10 lbs of water. This is excess water that you do not need and you can get rid of them by drinking lots of water to flush them out. As long as you stay hydrated, your body doesn't need any water reserve. You should drink at least 8 glasses of water and you shall see a significant drop in your weight.

Next, you should not skip any meal. Skipping meal will slow down your body metabolism rate. With low metabolism rate, your body burn fat slower. Also, when you are hungry, your body will store fat for energy and this will make you heavier.

If you want to lose weight effectively, you need to commit yourself to lose it. Drink plenty of water, don't skip meal and exercise often.
