Before you go jumping in to any quick weight loss plan, you need to realize that if you want to lose weight quickly, you could be putting yourself and your health at risk. Most plans to lose weight in a fast manner are based on unrealistic plans and the moment you go off the plan, you will get the weight right back.
There are more than a few diets out there that will allow you to lose weight very quickly, but there are very few of them that you can actually incorporate to a real diet after you have knocked off those first couple of pounds. Again though, and we will continue to stress this point, this is not a long term solution and if you are serious about losing weight, go on a controlled exercise and diet plan.
If you have never done a cleansing, you may want to try it out as you will definitely lose weight. How much and what kind is actually up to you. The key behind a cleanse is that you are cleaning out the toxins in your colon, which will get rid of weight, and you also end up losing a lot of water weight. A lot of people like this option because they claim that you can lose double digit pounds at the end of the cleanse. Now if you keep yourself hydrated and start eating healthy after the cleanse, you will not lose as much, but it will be a great spring board to starting a diet plan off.
The second quick loss weight solution is to eliminate carbohydrates from your diet altogether. While this is a pretty drastic approach, you can actually maintain this type of a diet, to a point, after you lose the weight that you want and possibly keep it off.
Why this diet works so well is because carbohydrates are what your body uses on a regular basis and if you eliminate them, after a couple of days your body will have to attack your fat stores for your daily energy. When your body does this, the pounds start to melt off.
We told you we were going to continue to stress that fact that losing weight quickly is never recommended and we are going to say it again. Ideally, you should lose no more than about a pound to a pound and a half a week. Now if you approach these two methods intelligently, you can use them as a spring board. To be honest, a cleanse is never a bad idea as long as it is not abused. If you choose to eliminate carbohydrates, you can introduce a small amount of them back into your body and it will use them as your daily energy as long as you don't go back to consuming the amount that you did when you were heavy. Simply monitor them to ensure that the amount of carbohydrates that you are consuming meets your daily requirements and no more.
